Acceptance of Terms

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are available once KYC verification has been approved. The following rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. lc44 reserves the right to request additional verification before large or unusual withdrawal requests are approved.
• Any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must meet the stated rollover conditions before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will forfeit the bonus amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

lc44 periodically offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and cashback deals designed for Bangladesh players. All bonuses are subject to their individual promotional terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the promotion's validity period. Any unused bonus or winnings from that bonus will expire at the end of the validity window.
• lc44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at its sole discretion without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted. Cashing out a bonus before the rollover requirement is met voids the entire bonus amount.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lc44 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, payment loopholes, or software errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or manipulate games, betting markets, or live dealer outcomes.
• Collusion with other players or lc44 staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions by acting as a proxy.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a transaction through your payment provider after funds have been wagered or games have been played.

lc44 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant authorities. Users who engage in prohibited activities may face civil and criminal liability in addition to permanent platform bans.

Intellectual Property
